    3.1 Current type signal output calculation method

    For example, the range is 0~1800W/m2, 4~20mA output. When the output signal is 12mA, the current solar radiation value is calculated.

    The solar radiation range spans 1800 W/m2 and is expressed by a 16 mA current signal, 1800 W/m2/16 mA = 112.5 W/m2.

    /mA, that is, current 1mA represents solar radiation change 112.5W/m2, measured value 12mA-4mA=8mA, 8mA*112.5W/

    M2/mA = 900W/m2, the current solar radiation value is 900W/m2.

    3.2 Voltage type signal output conversion calculation

    For example, the range is 0~1800W/m2, 0-10V output. When the output signal is 5V, the current solar radiation value is calculated. sun

    2. Make sure the bracket is installed and the radiation sensor is parallel to the ground.

    3. Secure the sensor to the mounting bracket by using a screw through the mounting hole on the sensor.

    4. Please note that the dust cover should not be damaged during the installation process, so as not to affect the measurement accuracy.

    Application Method

    1. Connect the measure voltage to the 1 and 2 terminal

    2. Connections of meter with internal current transformer as graph 1. Make the wire through the hole in the meter and the direction chose arbitrarily.

    3. Connections of meter with external current transformer as graph 2. Make the wire through the hole in the meter, and connect the two wires of the secondary transformer to the 3 and 4 terminal.

    4. When power on, the meter display the measure parameters.

    5. When power on, you can press the button of SAM CK last for 5 seconds, then the electric energy will to be zero and start to cumulate when release the button. And when power off, the meter can save the value of electric energy and go on cumulating data when the meter power-on next.
